Can you remove all the stains?
No body should ever guarantee to remove every mark or stain as this is impossible!
How ever we can remove about 90% of marks if the the customer has not attempted a removal.

Do you need any water or electric when cleaning?
No we are totally self contained. We carry 400 ltrs of fresh water and we take your dirty water away.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
It all depends on several factors.
1. Do you have pets or/and children ?
If you have the above then your carpets should be cleaned at least every 12 months.
This will prolong the life of your carpets as all soiling will have been removed.

How long will it take to dry the carpets?
I use a very powerful truck mount, which will speed up the drying process and therefore carpets are normally dry in 2-3 hrs NOT DAYS.
